Senator Ademola Adeleke has taken the oath of office and become Osun’s new governor.
Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo, the Chief Judge of the State, swore in the new governor at 11:45 a.m.
The governor arrived at the venue at around 11:20 a.m., and his deputy took the oath of office shortly after.
After entering the stadium with his cousin David Adeleke, also known as Davido, he made his way around the main bowl to acknowledge the crowd’s applause.
