The 18-year-old, who won the Scottish Football Writers’ Association Young Player of the Year award last season, has put pen to paper on a five-year deal at Anfield.
He will join up with the Reds’ squad for pre-season, having arrived for an initial £4 million fee, which could rise by another £2.5m in bonuses.
That is per the Liverpool Echo and it is a deal that also makes Ramsay the most expensive export in Aberdeen history.
He joins Fábio Carvalho and Darwin Núñez as Liverpool’s third summer signing and the Daily Mail claim that he will be the last, with the only other transfer activity to follow being player sales.
Ramsay will provide cover and a challenge for Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back, in addition to linking up with compatriot Andy Robertson on the opposite flank.
